Terms
- Typing Girl only deals with work written / typed in English.
- Quotes are available prior to any work being agreed with the customer and Typing Girl.
- Typing Girl will ask how you wish to receive the completed work and in which format.
- Typing Girl can receive work via email, post or if local, by hand.
- Typing Girl will return your work via email, post or if local, by hand.
- Payment can only be accepted by the following methods : Cash (not in the post), cheque,
Paypal and bank transfer - all in pound sterling only.
- The standard payment method will commence with an invoice to the customer with the completed
work, the customer then has 7 days to make full payment to Typing Girl. Non payment will
result in further action.
- The work will be typed by Typing Girl staff only. It will be agreed prior to work commencing
how you wish this to be presented. Typing Girl uses Microsoft Word and Excel.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to proof read all of the work received. If errors
are apparent, they will be rectified free of charge, but Typing Girl must be notified
within 48 hours of work being sent out.
- The timescale can be agreed prior to the work commencing. We aim for work to be returned
within 5 days, but we can complete work to a tighter deadline if agreed.
